1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KibblePaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KibblePaw is a pet community platform that connects pet owners, shelters, and animal lovers in Singapore through adoption and community welfare. The Service allows users to create profiles, list pets for adoption, browse available pets, communicate with other users, and participate in the pet welfare community. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content about pets or yourself
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users of the Service
• Use the Service to sell pets for commercial purposes without proper authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create an account if you are under 18 years of age

We reserve the right to disable any user account, at any time, for any reason.

5. Listings and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Service, including pet listings, photos, descriptions, and any other materials. By posting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to post the content and it does not violate any third party's rights
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including Singapore animal welfare laws
• You have the right to list the pet for adoption and the pet is legally yours or you are authorized by the legal owner

KibblePaw reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

6. Pet Adoption Disclaimer

KibblePaw serves as a platform to connect individuals interested in pet adoption. We are not a shelter, rescue organization, or adoption agency. We do not:

• Guarantee the health, temperament, or background of any listed pet
• Verify the accuracy of all information provided in pet listings
• Take responsibility for the outcome of any adoption arranged through the Service
• Endorse or guarantee the suitability of any pet for any particular adopter

Adopters and listers are solely responsible for verifying information, arranging meet-and-greets, and completing the adoption process.

7. Messaging and Communication

The Service provides in-app messaging to facilitate communication between users regarding pet adoptions. You agree to:

• Use messaging features only for legitimate purposes related to the Service
• Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
• Not share personal or financial information that could lead to fraud
• Not use messaging to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

We reserve the right to monitor, filter, or remove messages that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of KibblePaw and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant KibblePaw a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

9. Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to the following:

• All fees are stated in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed through our approved payment providers
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for any charges incurred through your account

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall KibblePaw, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if KibblePaw has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KibblePaw and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account by deleting it through the app settings. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
