KibblePaw is a pet community platform that connects pet owners, shelters, and animal lovers in Singapore through adoption and community welfare. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are solely responsible for any content you post on the Service, including pet listings, photos, descriptions, and messages. By posting content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so and that the content is accurate and not misleading. KibblePaw reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
KibblePaw is a platform that connects pet owners, shelters, and adopters. We do not own, operate, or manage any animals listed on the Service. We are not a party to any adoption agreement between users. All adoption decisions, including the suitability of a pet for adoption, are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. KibblePaw makes no guarantees regarding the health, temperament, or background of any listed pet.
Certain features or services on KibblePaw may require payment. If you choose to use a paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided through the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KibblePaw and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent from KibblePaw.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
